alright,was busy tis 2days.
Both day headed down to Bukit Gombak Stadium to help out in some track event under.

TIRED~
had training ytd 6pm till 9pm.
dun feel well today.
wake up wif a heavy HEAD!!!-headache!!!

im starting to MISSHER alr...had a nap and got up just not long ago.
lastnite sleep about 2plus.
walk up at 5am,shower prepare and heared to e bus stop to catch e first bus.
headed to bedok mrt station to meet fred.
then to meet Rubene and bao.
reach there contact her sis and went over to where she's.
Give her a surprise!!!then pass her e advance bday present and cake.
she was so touch,yeah i noe she's gona cry but she control it.
till then we wait and send her it.

i was so sleepy and BACKACHE!!! but reached home shower and everything i'm so awake.
