Finally e 21KM SC run had finish~
even am sick, i still finish e run(:
but e timing not tat nice): 3hr05min. kind of slow lah i noe~
i run-ed,i jogged and i walk-ed too.
running wif flu and cough is not easy okie!!!
i just LOVE running.
but i can't carry on,my back my knee can't take it):
i got to rest for a long time.

alright,had pract test today.
then did Chocolate muffin in school(:
end-ed at 5plus.
so yup,tat all~

SICK~

freezing cold in class!!!
aching everwhere~
caught a fever too.
when iam alr having bad cough,flu[running nose] & sore throat!!!

alright,i didnt go to see a doctor.
i just took a cold & flu panadol tat all.
only once on tus till now.LOL.i dun like taking pill.
is hard to go down my throat): it hurt~
i noe iam stubborn,iam naughty.or watever.
but i just hate to visit e doctor!!!
school & working tml~
