after tat,had our breakfast,lunch cum dinner at sunplaza KFC.lol.
then headed to ASS,as Trishia having her sec one band perform there.
we took cab over,and SPEND US $12 to just get there.from Sembawang-Admirity.

they had they dinner in my school and we head-ed to TPM for our movie.

only 2 days change.
Tue-actually was 9.30am till 1pm.
but i'am exempted from PPM.
so for mii tue lesson start at11am till 1pm.
2hr of school only!!!
argh~after tat 5pm then got training.
Wed-lesson start at 8am till 5pm.
but i'm exempted from 11am till 12.30pm.
so 1hr30min FREE!!!
Tue(14/10/08)
when school at 9.30.then end at 12.30.
when home,rest-ed then when for track training.
start at 5pm end at 7plus.
3 round of warm up.
then 2set of 2km=10 round!!! actually was 5set de.=25round loh!!!siao.
argh,i finish my 2km in 13min plus.so slow~
did'nt really finish e 2nd set cos half way my kneecap hurt.back still not tat bad.
rest-ed,had our short run.5set of 200m.
best timing 40sec only.
