hmm,my back & knee cap are getting worse!!!))):
seriously,tis time really super super PAIN!!!
after,e fare well BBQ for Leonard...went back home in e morning 4 plus...
then e pain start-ed to come!!!i was like argh!!!WTH...can't even slp...
can cry okie,is really painful went u slp (e time when u turn)u run,sometime went u walk...
watever it's i still when for my competition...
3000M-i got in 8.
1500M-i got in 8 too.
800M-have not run ,next week.
4 by 400M-we got in final,so running next week again.
argh,was sad!!!cry-ed after my 3000m & 1500m...toopix!!!train-ed so hard then came in 8.WTH...)': okie,watever...
then,was nag-ed my NYDIA & Girlfriend(joleen) to go to see e sinseh!!!
so yah,after my 1500m,finally i agree to see e sinseh!!!hahas...
and is my first & last time to go...
is reall super damn pain when e sinseh push okie!!!
i was like shouting and e sinseh waa like laughing...=.=
idk,i'm crying or laughing inside loh lol...hahas...
after all i feel better after going,it still hurt abit went i slp.
but was alright...
BUT e med was EEEEEEEEEEEEE....
I DUN LIKE IT!!!
plus i can't take a number of food during tis period of time,
like sour,cooling food,CHILLI!!!and even mineral water...so yah...

exam are on e way,argh, i have not even start-ed studying...
